Unlike inflatable Learn-to-Swim devices, foam pads will never lose their buoyancy. The flotation vest fits over a child's swimsuit, zippers easily on and off, and allows for a wide range of motion.This vest is for boys and girls between 20 and 33 pounds with approximately a 20" chest.
